We all want her first bag to arrive safely and on time.

Below is how we handle processing and shipping for Little Lady Bag orders.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
  • During launches, holidays or sales, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
  • We currently ship to selected regions; if shipping is available to your location, you’ll see the options when you enter your address.

If you need the bag by a certain date (birthday, party, holiday), we recommend choosing a faster method and ordering a little early to be safe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier:

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to start showing movement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (if available):

  • Customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by your local customs office.
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check your country’s import rules if you’re unsure.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel:

  1. Check with household members, neighbours or your building reception.
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  3. If you still can’t locate the parcel, contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we’ll always try to support you in resolving any issues with the carrier.
