What if my bag arrives damaged or with a fault?
We’re so sorry if that happens.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we’ve reviewed them, we’ll arrange a new bag to be shipped to you or offer another suitable solution if that style is unavailable.
Are Little Lady Bags safe for young children?
We design our bags with child-friendly use in mind:

That said, some styles may include small parts (such as buttons or metal hardware), so:

They are real handbags made for little girls – not costume props. We design them to be light, soft and safe like a comfort toy, but with enough structure and detail to feel like a “real bag” she can proudly carry.

Little Lady Bags are designed with children roughly 3–8 years old in mind.
You’re very welcome to let younger “littles” enjoy them too, but for children under 3 we always recommend close adult supervision, especially because some styles include small parts or hardware.
How big are Little Lady Bags?
Our bags are intentionally petite and child-sized.

Can I put it in the washing machine?
No.
Machine washing can damage the faux leather trim, hardware and structure of the bag.
For the best results, please spot clean only with a soft cloth, mild soap and cool water, then let it air dry completely.
Are the bags heavy?
No – Little Lady Bags are designed to be lightweight and easy for little hands to carry.
